The proposed project is a Lotus Supermarket development located in Lot 50901, Pandan Mewah. This project spans an area of approximately 3.5 acres (1.41 hectares) and is strategically situated to cater to the needs of the surrounding community, which includes residential areas such as Pandan Mewah Heights and Sri Pandan Condominium. The development aims to create a modern commercial hub that enhances the convenience and lifestyle of the local population.
The primary structure on the site is a two-level supermarket building with a gross floor area of 12,036 square meters.
